Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
